Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of BirthIQ AI. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, so they are shorter than most.

Who you are agreeing with

BirthIQ AI is an independent project operated by an individual based in India. It is not an incorporated company. Contact: [email protected].

What the service does

You give us your birth details and some dated life events. We build a chart for each candidate birth time inside your window, score those charts against your events, and return the times that fit best as a best estimate with a window around it. You can also cast a kundli directly if you already know your exact birth time. The rectification and the kundli are free and need no account or card.

What the result is, and is not

This is the most important section on the page, so it is deliberately blunt.

• The astronomy is precise. The interpretation is not a fact. Planetary positions are computed from NASA JPL DE440 and are as accurate as the inputs you give us. What those positions are taken to mean is astrological tradition, not established science.
• The reported window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Its width describes how far your events narrowed the search given the method we use. A narrow window is not a promise that the result is your true birth time.
• Results depend entirely on what you enter. Wrong or vaguely dated events produce a confident looking result that is wrong. The output cannot be better than its input.
• This is not professional advice. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, psychological or relationship advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not make a medical, legal or financial decision on the basis of anything this site tells you.
• It is not an official record. A rectified birth time is our estimate. It has no legal standing and will not be accepted as evidence of your actual time of birth.

Your responsibilities

• Submit birth details only for yourself, or for someone who has agreed to it.
• You must be 18 or older to use the site.
• Give accurate birth details and event dates to the best of your knowledge. The rectification can only work with what you enter, and you are responsible for the accuracy of that input.
• Do not attempt to scrape the site, overload it with automated requests, break its security, or resell its output as your own service.
• Keep your result link private. Anyone holding it can view that result, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is, with no uptime guarantee. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it, including saved results, and we may update these terms. If we change them in a way that matters, the effective date at the top will change. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, your only remedy is to stop using the site.

Paid readings

The rectification and kundli are free today, and we will give notice on this page before that changes. We may also offer an optional paid written reading of your rectified chart. If we do, its price, refund terms and delivery will be shown to you before any payment, and those terms will apply to that purchase in addition to these.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, its copy and the engine behind it belong to us. Your birth details and life events remain yours. Charts and results generated from your data are yours to use however you like, including sharing them.

No warranty

The site and everything it produces, including rectifications, kundlis, dasha timelines and any written reading, are provided strictly as is and as available. We do not warrant that the output is accurate, complete, reliable, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose, and we make no promise, express or implied, about the outcome of relying on it. To the extent the law lets us, we disclaim every warranty that could otherwise attach to the service, whether stated in these terms or implied by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

You use this site entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We, and anyone working with us on the site, are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind, direct or indirect, arising out of or connected with your use of the site, its output, or a decision you make relying on either. This covers, without limitation, financial loss, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, relationship or family outcomes, and any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, even if we were told such loss was possible.
• This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory relied on, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and it applies even if a remedy described in these terms fails its essential purpose.
• Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability for all claims taken together is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. The rectification and the kundli are free, so for most users that amount is nothing.
• Where the law that applies to you does not allow one of the exclusions above, that exclusion applies only as far as that law permits, and the rest of this section continues to apply unchanged.
• Nothing in this section, including the limit above, restricts liability that cannot lawfully be restricted. That includes liability for our own fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our proven gross negligence, and the responsibility we hold as a data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or an equivalent data protection law where you live.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or birth details you submitted for someone without their agreement.

Assumption of risk

Astrological rectification is a method drawn from tradition, applied with rigorous astronomical computation, not a scientifically validated way of predicting or confirming facts about your life. By using the site, you accept that its output can be wrong, that you are solely responsible for any action you take on the strength of it, and that we bear no responsibility for that outcome.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of India. Where the law of the country you live in gives you protections that cannot be contracted out of, those protections still apply and nothing in these terms removes them. Subject to any right you have under local consumer protection law to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction, the courts located in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally between us first. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply, and the unenforceable part is read down to the narrowest version that is enforceable rather than struck out entirely.
